Schoolscape Events – Feedback and Looking Forward

SchoolAdvisor successfully ran its first Schoolscape events at the Country Club Joburg (Gauteng) and D’Aria Wine Farm (Cape). The theme for this year was about ‘making magic happen’.

Peter Morgan, CEO of SchoolAdvisor, said ‘The aim of the event was to provide schools with an extensive view of the best products and services in the education landscape. We went through the top rated and most unique companies on the SchoolAdvisor platform and invited them to the event with the idea of showing how they could make magic happen in schools. Added to this, we wanted to create a fun environment for the school decision makers attending’.

The event was open to heads, deputies, business managers and IT managers of the country’s top schools. They had the opportunity to not only connected with these top suppliers but also have fun doing it. We have on offer: deliciously flavoured cappuccinos, great food and entertainment in the form of a world-class magician who encouraged school staff to keep the magic alive in their schools. A firm favourite of the day was the boereccino (a delicious cappuccino with condensed milk).

The companies who exhibited represented a variety of products and services that are focused on education. SchoolAdvisor ensured that all the companies were well rated and trusted by schools – this was done by only choosing suppliers that were focused on education and were well rated by other schools. You can view all the companies that attended at the bottom of this article.

Nedbank was the main sponsor for the two events and showcased their unique school offering that included their partner companies, Karri and Tendpro.
